By accessing or using Excelfyio ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Excelfyio is an AI-powered Excel add-in and web platform that analyses workbook data and generates web applications. The Service processes workbook structure locally in the add-in; raw cell data is never uploaded unless you explicitly trigger an analysis.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@excelfyio.com of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate applicable law; (b) transmit malicious code; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits or security controls; (d) scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
Excelfyio and its licensors own all rights in the Service. You retain ownership of your workbook data. You grant Excelfyio a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXCELFYIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
